This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, takes pride in delivering a calm and seamless front-of-house experience, and brings a strong work ethic to their day-to-day work. You’ll also have the opportunity to support the Assistant team during busy periods, offering great exposure to the wider business.What you’ll be doing • Providing a warm, professional front-of-house welcome • Managing meeting rooms and ensuring they run smoothly throughout the day • Answering and directing calls efficiently and courteously • Coordinating taxis, couriers, deliveries and office supply orders • Supporting the EA team with tasks such as expenses, printing, documents and ad hoc support • Providing occasional holiday cover for Assistants, offering insight into the EA functionAbout you • Experience as a Receptionist within a corporate or professional services environment • Confident, personable and comfortable acting as the first point of contact • Calm under pressure with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail • Organised, proactive and happy to support the wider team when needed • Genuinely enjoys delivering a high-quality front-of-house experienceThis is a brilliant role for someone who loves reception work, thrives in a fast-paced environment and would enjoy the added development that comes from working closely with an experienced EA team within a highly respected private equity firm.
