Demand Planner – Hybrid | Permanent | HatfieldAt Ocado Logistics, we’re transforming the way the world shops. This hybrid role is based at Trident Place, Hatfield, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week. You’ll play a key role in managing forecasts, supplier performance, and key KPIs to ensure our product range runs smoothly across both Ocado and Morrisons channels.What you’ll be doingOwn demand and forecast planning for ~2,500 products, achieving KPIs for availability, waste, and fulfilment.Build strong supplier relationships, conducting performance reviews and ensuring SLAs are met.Optimise delivery schedules, buying processes, and inbound efficiency.Support promotional, seasonal, and new product planning, providing actionable insights.Collaborate across Supply Chain, trading, operations, and project teams to improve processes and systems.About youSkilled in demand forecasting, data analysis, and supply chain planning.Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to work independently and proactively.Confident decision-maker in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.Strong Excel and IT skills, with ability to interpret numerical data and inform decisions.Comfortable working occasional weekends on a rota.Preferred: commercial acumen, supplier management experience, and e-commerce or large-scale retail supply chain exposure.What we offerFlexible Hybrid Working: 2 days/week in Hatfield + 30 days/year “work from anywhere.”Wellbeing & Benefits: Private medical, pension contributions, income protection, Employee Assistance Programme.Leave & Flexibility: 25 days annual leave, rising to 27, with options to buy more.Perks: Share schemes, free shares, 15% Ocado.com discount, Cycle to Work Scheme, and shuttle buses.Ocado Group is an equal opportunities employer, ensuring fair treatment for all candidates, with reasonable adjustments available during recruitment.Apply now to join our Supply Chain team and help shape the future of logistics through data-driven planning.
