We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and dedicated Turkish-speaking Care Assistant to join our experienced team providing 24/7 home-based care for an elderly gentleman living with dementia in Central London.You will be joining a supportive and well-established care team committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care in a comfortable home environment.RequirementsBackground in nursing or healthcare, with relevant qualifications.Fluent Turkish speaker with good English communication skills.Minimum 5 years’ experience in care roles (home care, elderly care, or dementia support).Proven experience in dementia or elderly care, with a compassionate and patient approach.Ability to work effectively as part of a team providing continuous (24/7) care.DutiesProvide personal care and daily living support, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and general wellbeing.Administer medications as prescribed and ensure all care plans are followed accurately.Support with mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home.Assist with meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met (together w the housekeeper cook)Offer companionship and emotional support, encouraging engagement through meaningful activities such as walks in the park, puzzles, and mental stimulation.Monitor and record any changes in health or behaviour, promptly communicating concerns to the medical team.This position offers an enriching career opportunity for those passionate about caring for others.
