Danos have been mandated on a unique opportunity by an elite Private Equity fund. The role is a 12 month fixed term maternity cover and will sit within the firm's HR function. You will act as integral adviser to the HR team and operate as a bridge between HR and the wider legal team. The role will suit candidates with a legal background currently sitting in a HR governance position. The client are ideally looking for candidates who can start by the end of January 2026.Responsibilities:Create/Update/Maintain all contractual paperwork templates across EMEA offices in partnership with recruiters, benefits, and legal.Draft jurisdiction-specific documentsOversee onboarding paperwork for all hires, including interns, ensuring compliance with local lawsOversee offboarding documentation, drafting as requiredCreate tailored offboarding procedures for each EMEA officeWork with legal and payroll to address working time reporting challenges in certain EMEA jurisdictionsDevelop HR Standard Operating Procedures new office openings as applicableLead headcount analysis strategic projectsSupport Global Policies workstreamsSupport EMEA Offer Letter Generation rolloutYour Profile:Minimum 5 years experience within financial services or working in house within private practice.
