Assistant Site/Project Manager – Super Prime ResidentialLocation: St John’s Wood, London (Hamilton Terrace)Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 per annum + package A well regarded super prime residential main contractor is seeking an Assistant Site/Project Manager to support the delivery of a high end residential project in St John’s Wood.Reporting into the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager or Assistant Project Manager to gain hands on experience on a flagship super prime scheme.The Role:Supporting the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager with day to day site operations.Taking responsibility for managing a designated floor/area of the building.Coordinating daily activities including DABs, signage, and site inductions.Managing labourer and assisting with subcontractor coordination.Maintaining site paperwork.Helping ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times.Being proactive on site and learning the full delivery process of a super prime fit out project.Requirements:Experience of Prime Residential projects is essential.Background via apprenticeship, construction related degree, or trade route.2–3 years’ experience in an Assistant Site Manager or Assistant Project Manager role.Keen, enthusiastic, and eager to progress within site management.Organised with a willingness to take responsibility and learn from senior team members.Strong communication skills and a hands on approach on site.Why Join?Very successful business who are securing some of the best Super Prime projects in London.Clear long term career progression within a respected contractor.Competitive salary and package.How to ApplyClick Apply or contact Rob James at 020 8502 0111 for more information.For the purposes of the Conduct Regulations 2003, Premises Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and as an employment business for temporary recruitment.
