You’ll work closely with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders, acting as a central hub for communication, coordination, and delivery.The RoleYou’ll be the go-to person for our Managing Director and wider leadership team — anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring projects and client relationships run smoothly. You’ll handle everything from high-level diary management and meeting prep to producing insightful reports and ensuring the Auro office reflects our brand: smart, professional, and full of energy.This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in polished communication, enjoys building relationships at the highest level, and wants to grow alongside a business that’s scaling fast.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Client Support• Provide proactive, high-level support to the Managing Director across scheduling, priorities, and strategic initiatives• Manage and coordinate meetings with clients, investors, and senior stakeholders, ensuring every interaction feels seamless and professional• Represent Auro in client communications and maintaining “white-glove” service standards, ensuring updates, reports, and actions are always delivered with precision• Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting packs; take detailed minutes and track key actions through to completion• Produce accurate, insightful reports and dashboards (Power BI experience advantageous) to support leadership decision-making• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them with diplomacy and discretionOffice Management & Workplace Experience• Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring an inspiring, well-organised, and productive environment• Act as primary point of contact for building management, suppliers, and contractors• Manage office budgets, supplies, and equipment; coordinate maintenance and access• Create a positive, collaborative office culture — from team lunches to client visits• Ensure all health, safety, and compliance requirements are maintainedProcess & Operations Support• Partner with the Business Operations Manager to implement new internal processes and ways of working• Document and maintain standard operating procedures for office and admin functions• Support cross-functional projects — coordinating resources, logistics, and communications• Identify and deliver continuous improvements that make the business more efficient and scalableAbout You• Experienced Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, client-facing environment• Proven experience supporting senior leaders (ideally C-suite or Managing Director level)• Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities with composure• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — polished, professional, and personable• Confident building relationships with senior clients and external partners• Strong Microsoft Office skills; Power BI or similar reporting experience a plus• Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information• Thrives in a scaling business environment — flexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented• Willingness to travel across the UK when requiredWhy AuroYou’ll be joining a company redefining how fire safety and compliance are delivered in the UK — blending technology, craftsmanship, and service excellence.
