Interim Assistant Company SecretaryWe are supporting a well-established organisation in their search for a Qualified Assistant Company Secretary to join the team on a 3–6 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a listed, in-house environment who enjoys a varied role covering board support, statutory compliance and share scheme administration.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end meeting and committee support, including agenda management, paper coordination, minute-taking and action trackingSupport subsidiary governance, maintaining statutory records and completing Companies House filingsAssist with stock exchange and regulatory announcements, including routine disclosuresContribute to the administration of employee share schemes, working with internal teams and external providersSupport wider corporate governance activities, including annual reporting, AGM processes and policy maintenancePartner with the Company Secretary on ad hoc governance and corporate projectsKey Skills & ExperienceICSA / CGI qualified (essential)Proven experience within a UK listed or complex in-house secretariatStrong organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence working with senior stakeholdersComfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWorking PatternThis role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the office.
