Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Headhunting New Candidates – Proactively source passive candidates using advanced search techniques and industry networking. Build relationships with potential candidates to ensure engagement and interest in opportunities.Offering Candidates – Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract preparation. Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience during the offer stage.Onboarding Candidates – Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Prepare documentation, schedule induction programs, and liaise with internal teams for a seamless start.Compliance Checks for Candidates – Conduct background checks, verify references, and ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
