Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for planning and delivering construction, fit-out or installation based projects?TAG Catering Equipment is seeking an Multi-Site Project Supervisor to join our dynamic and expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience working on diverse and exciting commercial catering projects across the UK.Our team delivers premium hospitality kitchens and bar fit‑outs across the UK—combining award‑winning design with high‑quality installation and efficient project delivery. You’ll join a supportive team that values growth and hands‑on development.We are specifically looking for someone with project coordination or management experience in an equipment installation or construction projects based business, not in SaaS or media. The Role:As Project Supervisor you’ll be on the ground, coordinating daily activities across multiple sites to ensure safe, on‑time, and high‑quality installation of commercial catering equipment and associated works.You could be supervising multiple projects at once, ranging from £10,000 to £250,000 or dedicated to on-site for projects in excess of £1,000,000!You’ll lead subcontractor coordination, manage site logistics, and keep the programme moving—building the skills and experience that set you up to progress into a Project Manager role.You’ll assist in organising customer training, snagging and final sign-off to client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Daily site leadership: Manage site set‑up, inductions, access, and logistics across multiple locations; maintain a professional site presence.Subcontractor coordination: Brief trades (e.g., M&E, fabrications, finishes, catering installers), sequence works, and resolve blockers to keep the programme on track.H&S and compliance: Enforce RAMS and permits; run toolbox talks; ensure housekeeping and safe delivery/installation practices in line with CDM expectations.Programme & reporting: Maintain a site diary with progress photos; update milestones; flag risks/variations early; support snagging through to client sign‑off.Quality & handover: Verify installation standards, capture O&M inputs (labels/serials/photos), coordinate customer training, and prepare handover documentation.Stakeholder comms: Act as the point of contact on site for clients, building management, and internal teams; keep communication clear and proactive.Light admin: Use our ERP, Insite, Teams Planner & Smartshee for brief reports, trackers, and agendas—keeping paperwork lean and focused on delivery.
