We partner with majorUK public sector organisations to design and deliver impactful, citizen-focused digitalservices that have reached over 50 million citizens and saved taxpayers more than£25 million.We’re passionate about building technology and services that make a real difference.Our culture is built on collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning —empowering each team member to grow and thrive.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Part-Time Junior Office Assistant to support daily officeoperations, property-related coordination, and general administrative tasks in ourStaines-upon-Thames location.This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys administrativeresponsibilities, problem-solving, and supporting smooth daily business operations inboth an office and property context.Applicants must be based locally in or around Staines-upon-Thames and havethe right to work in the UK.Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Administrative SupportProvide daily administrative support to the operations team.Maintain organised digital and physical records, databases, documentation,and spreadsheets.Manage scheduling, correspondence, and preparation of reports.Assist with procurement and supplier coordination (quotes, purchase orders,etc.).Support office logistics including equipment, supplies, and onsite coordination.Property CoordinationAct as a point of contact for tenant queries and maintenance needs.Assist with coordinating safety checks, inspections, and contractor visits.Support documentation and compliance processes (leases, certificates, etc.).Support rent tracking and budget expense monitoring.Skills & QualificationsRecent graduate or early-career professionalAdministration, Property, or similar fields (open to all backgrounds).Strong organisation and time-management skills.Excellent communication and customer service approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Proactive and reliable with ability to manage varied tasks independently.Driving licence preferred (for occasional site visits).BenefitsProgression opportunities.Training and development within property and operations support.Friendly, collaborative, and inclusive culture.Flexible working arrangements.Company benefits including:o Private medical insuranceo Life insuranceo Employee discountso Free parking / on-site parkingo Company events
