You will direct high-stakes investigations, manage teams, and work closely with counsel and leadership to deliver fact development that meets evidentiary and strategic standards.This is a hands-on position suited to an experienced investigator who thrives under pressure, balances strategic oversight with detailed execution, and communicates effectively with legal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Lead Complex InvestigationsManage high-profile disputes involving litigation, arbitration, regulatory inquiries, and internal investigations.Develop tailored strategies aligned with legal timelines and client objectives.Direct source interviews, asset tracing, document reviews, and intelligence gathering.Produce client-ready reports for law firms, general counsel, and arbitration panels.Innovate Processes & MethodsApply and refine investigative tools such as source vetting, event chronologies, and evidentiary documentation.Improve workflows to ensure efficiency in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.Uphold investigative rigor and accuracy in adversarial settings.Client & Case ManagementServe as a primary client contact on disputes-related matters.Oversee investigative timelines, staffing, and alignment with counsel strategy.Advise clients on risks, fact gaps, and jurisdictional nuances.Leadership & MentorshipMentor junior staff and case managers in source development, document analysis, and legal writing.Share best practices on cross-border risks, evidentiary standards, and litigation-driven investigations.Strengthen team capacity for fast-evolving disputes assignments.What We’re Looking ForExperience: Strong experience in managing complex investigations in legal, regulatory, or financial contexts; disputes/litigation experience strongly preferred.Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with evidentiary standards, litigation workflows, and cross-border jurisdictional issues.Leadership: Proven record mentoring and developing investigative teams.Attention to Detail: Track record of delivering precise, error-free reports.Research & Analysis: Advanced skills with research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER) and ability to synthesise large data sets into clear insights.
