He/she will support content delivery via designated channels using digital tools and Content Management and editing systems as appropriate.Main ResponsibilitiesTo ensure the smooth deployment of the email marketing calendar and that all campaigns are briefed correctlyTo work with the wider CRM team to deliver elements of Content marketing via core channels e.g. e-mail; social.Assist with the implementation and execution of email marketing campaignsCollate and report back weekly and monthly performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels.Analyse and report on the success of direct/email marketing campaignsCreate quality content and proofread any copy that needs reviewingAssist with the day-to-day administration tasksAssist with the management of the email database, checking the quality of the email addressesWith the rest of the Marketing Communications team act as a brand guardian in terms of look and feel of online communications as well as tone of voice of copy.Person SpecificationGraduate calibreGood understanding of email marketingHands on experience with HTML and ESP systemsProfessional Marketing qualification an advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong communication skillsProven ability to manage work process accurately and effectively with knowledge and experiencePackage DescriptionOur benefits package increases the longer you’ve been with us.
