You’ll translate our brand and creative strategy into polished, consistent assets across digital, social, and retail - especially social media, which is our primary communication channel. You’ll work quickly, thoughtfully, and with a high level of craft.You’ll collaborate directly with the Co-Founder & Chief Brand Director, becoming the person who brings the brand to life across every visual touchpoint—from Meta ads and Instagram carousels to packaging imagery and retail POS. Expect a fast pace, direct feedback, and a creative environment where your taste, initiative, and ideas genuinely matter.Some projects will be recurring, others completely new; but one thing’s for sure: you’ll never get bored. What’s constant is that your creativity will be stretched, celebrated, and central to how we grow.The scope of workSocial MediaExecute the social media visual strategy with the Brand Director (including event, photoshoot, brand activations, etc.)Design and edit content for Instagram, TikTok and other platformsCreate Stories, Reels, carousels, static posts, and concept-led contentAssist in photoshoots; from planning to on-set executionMaintain visual consistency while while keeping content freshPaid AdvertisingCreate static and motion assets for Meta, TikTok, and other performance channelsDesign multiple variations for testing across audiences and placementsAdapt creatives for different formats with speed and precisionRetail & TradeDesign POS materials, shelf talkers, display units and in-store visualsCreate sell sheets, line cards, and trade presentationsSupport visual merchandising needs as we expand into new retail partnershipsBrand AssetsDevelop branded assets for launches, campaigns, and ongoing brand storytellingCreate product imagery and packaging packshots (training provided)Maintain and organise our asset library to ensure accessibility and consistencyIdeal profileMust have3+ years of experience in a design role, ideally with editorial backgroundA strong portfolio showcasing digital, social and print designProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Lightroom)Excellent taste level and art direction sensibility (colour, composition, typography, etc.)Ability to work at fast pace without sacrificing qualityUnderstanding of social media formats, trends, and paid ad specsImpeccable attention to detail and commitment to brand coherenceNice to haveVideo editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, etc.)Experience designing for retail environments or VMMotion graphics capabilityCopywriting and storytelling skillsUnderstanding of marketing or growth principlesWhat we offerCompetitive salary (dependent on experience)Opportunity to help shaping the visual identity of a fast-growing brandFast learning curve, creative freedom, and real ownership of your workFlexible working arrangementsProduct allowance
