Dosimetry products and services better the human condition by removing the worry of radiation from the daily routines of those who are occupationally exposed.The position will be UK based reporting to the Director of International Sales DSD with responsibility to grow Mirion’s personal occupational dosimetry business (20% product / 80% service offering); through existing partners and enterprise customers (hospitals, universities, industrial customers) and extend partner network in prioritised countries.The role will be split 50% growing and maintaining our UK business and 50% developing our International market. Therefore someone who has the willingness to travel is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and set up regular meetings with partners (support opportunities and drive forecast)Create and delivery sales presentations and product demonstrations to individual customer targets at industry events and business meetingsRoutinely document actions, update and maintain appropriate customer informationTakes part in planning meetings to ensure organisational alignment and execution of identified forecastFind, manager and direct regional sales partners to other parts of the country where the needs existContact existing enterprise customers periodically to increase retentionAttend major and regional trade shows as agreed to by managementManage existing partners (in the assigned territory) to support active promotion of key products and motivate sales to targets quotasDevelop strategic business relationships with new high potential partners in the territory to grown our distributor networkSupport the Mirion Medical strategic dosimetry sales initiatives to ensure successful immediate and long term strategic business goalsPerform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictatesComply with all company policies and proceduresAbout YouRequiredPrior Sales experience (strong desire to sell)University degreeExcellent communication skillsCan effectively interact with all levels of internal and customer organisationsDemonstrated ability for working independently and remote office settingsAffection with the health care (industry)Organisational skillsExperience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applicationsExperience working as a team member and informing forecasting activitiesTravel required 40%Fluent English speaker and writer (additional languages are an advantage)PreferredKnowledge of the personal Dosimetry marketSales of service programProficiency in PC software applications (MS Office, Sales Force, HubSpot, Teams, SharePoint)Knowledge of basic radiation worker protection standardsWhat we can offerOur employees make the difference, that’s why we can offer the following:-A competitive salary and benefits packageCompany car or car allowanceThe opportunity to develop within an international group working on high profile projectsOngoing professional development opportunities and trainingA collaborative and supportive work environment
