Our client is currently looking for a CNC Operator to join their high precision manufacturing team. The CNC Operator will be working on 5 Axis CNC machines and ideally have experience of using Fanuc controls.Key Responsibilities for the CNC Operating any of the company’s VMC and 3 or 5 Axis CNC machinesPerforming First Off`s, checking dimensional quality & amending machine settings in pursuit of component design requirementsOperating to an acceptable production target whist maintaining a high standard of quality where ‘right-first-time’ is paramountSetting up and operating all types of manual machining equipment, covering milling, turning, grinding and marking processesKey Experience for the CNC OperatorPrevious experience as a CNC Operator ideally using FanucAn excellent attention to detail & mechanical dexterity when dealing with small precision partsProblem identification and rectificationAbility to read engineering drawings and comprehension of geometric tolerancingGood working knowledge of both ISO 9001 and AS9100 Quality SystemsPlease apply as directed!
