With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and bespoke experiences, we deliver high-quality pieces that resonate with our sophisticated clientele.Role OverviewReporting to the Global E-commerce Manager, the E-commerce Executive (Maternity Cover) will play a key role in executing our online trading strategy and analysing performance to drive growth.You’ll collaborate closely with teams across marketing, merchandising, design, and DevOps to optimise site performance, enhance the customer journey, and increase online sales.Key ResponsibilitiesTrading PerformanceTrack and report on key metrics such as revenue, traffic, users, COA, and AOVAnalyse category-level performance to identify trends and opportunitiesCompile and present monthly KPI reports for core regionsIdentify top sellers and maximise their visibilityWeb Analytics & User BehaviourUse Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor site performance and campaign impactReview Hotjar session recordings to identify UX issues or drop-off pointsConduct path exploration and funnel analysis to support conversion improvementsWebsite Content & TestingUpload blog and content updates to the websitePerform regular QA and functionality testing (including checkout)Support A/B testing setup and monitor experiment performancePromotions & Campaign AnalysisTrack the performance of promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal eventsProvide insights and data support during key trading periodsCompetitor & Market ReviewConduct monthly reviews of competitor activity, site experience, and promotional strategiesIdentify opportunities for differentiation or market alignmentPPC, SEO & Keyword InsightsCollaborate with the PPC team to align campaign performance with trading goalsFlag low COA opportunities and underperforming categoriesPartner with the SEO team to analyse traffic or revenue dropsUse SEMrush (or similar tools) to monitor keyword rankings and competitor positioningRequirementsProven experience in ecommerce management, ideally within fashion, jewellery, or luxury goodsExperience with CMS and ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or similar)Proficient in Google Analytics, with a solid understanding of SEO and PPC principlesExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvementsWhy Join UsAt Diamonds Factory, you’ll be part of a passionate team shaping the future of luxury jewellery online.
