Finance D365 Business Analyst – PermRole Overview:We are seeking a Finance D365 Business Analyst to support end-to-end finance process improvement, requirements gathering, and systems enhancements.The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong analytical capability and experience working with Dynamics 365 (D365 Finance & Operations) or similar ERP platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, document, and prioritise business and functional requirements across core finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, reporting).Translate financial and operational needs into clear specifications for system configuration and process change.Support D365 Finance & Operations enhancements, testing (SIT/UAT), and integration activities.Conduct AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping and identify opportunities for standardisation and automation.Partner with Finance, IT, and wider business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational, compliance, and financial reporting needs.Support data validation, migration activities, and post-go-live issue resolution.Provide insights, analysis, and recommendations to improve financial performance and control.Skills & Experiencestrong Finance BA experience with ERP exposure.Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O (preferred) or similar finance systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite).Strong understanding of financial processes, controls, and reporting.Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management capability.Please do get your cv to me today, If this could be of use to you, shane.hickmott@
