My client has multiple teams in the London Legal 500 tiers, being a London powerhouse.Position Overview: My client is seeking a 5PQE Corporate Solicitor with a background working at similar level firms in London. Candidates must have a wealth of experience working on a broad range of corporate matters, including private M&As, PE, and capital markets. The London Corporate Team consists of around 35 Solicitors including 12 Partners, and works on behalf of a range of clients in sectors such as tech, luxury brands, and leisure. They also work in collaboration with teams in other offices, working on cross border matters.Key Responsibilities:Support Partners on a range of M&A deals.Manage some corporate matters under Partner supervisionProvide expert legal advice and representation to clients in relation to Corporate matters.Drafting and negotiating legal documentsConduct legal research and analyse case law to support corporate strategies.Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas and offices to deliver comprehensive legal services.Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm’s profile in the corporate sector.Qualifications + Experience:Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate law.Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to corporate matters.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career progression within an international firm.A supportive and inclusive work environment with a focus on work-life balance.
