We are looking for applicants who are conscientious, driven, organised, and work well in a team, and who have experience of supervising others. Experience of mental capacity matters, best interests and welfare issues in the Court of Protection is essential. Experience of conducting complex s.16 cases is desirable. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and dedicated to working within this field of work. We are looking for someone with the potential to progress within the firm.
