Have you got a proactive approach to student engagement and problem-solving?Then apply for our Enrolment Advisor role, home-based.Role Overview:The Enrolment Advisor will work closely with the Head of Enrolments to provide sales-oriented guidance and recruitment of students for Walbrook Institute London.Key Responsibilities:Lead the study guidance and recruitment of students, from initial contact to contract signing and beyond. Support students throughout the entire enrolment process via telephone, email, chat, and WhatsApp, by understanding their educational goals and aspirations. Provide consultative support that helps students select Walbrook programs aligning with their career objectives. Assist current students by collaborating with student support teams to enhance their experience. Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Walbrook's offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to prospective students. Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system to track interactions, progress, and follow-up actions with prospective students. Work collaboratively with the admissions team to ensure a seamless enrolment process. Achieve both individual and team enrolment targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Showcase excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with students and address their inquiries.Skills and Qualification:A dynamic individual with a consultative sales background and passion for education. Experience in customer service is desirable. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail.
