You’ll transform commercial strategy into high-impact marketing tactics, delivering personalised, data-led campaigns that influence decision-makers and win business.Working closely with sales and commercial teams, you’ll design and deliver marketing initiatives that directly support tenders, account growth, and new business wins.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue-Focused ExecutionDeliver a revenue-generating Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for high-priority accountsBuild and execute multi-channel campaigns that accelerate sales cycles and influence buying decisionsTrack and report on marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced revenue, with clear ROI metricsStrategic Marketing ImplementationDesign, pilot, and scale innovative, commercially driven marketing programsOwn end-to-end execution of targeted digital and stakeholder engagement initiativesTranslate commercial objectives into actionable campaigns that build pipeline and hit revenue targetsCommercial Content & Thought LeadershipCreate persuasive commercial content including ROI-led case studies and tender support materialsImplement thought leadership initiatives with a strong commercial lensDevelop assets that build credibility and actively differentiate against competitorsMeasurement, Analytics & OptimisationUse data and analytics to continually optimise performance and commercial impactPartner with CRM and automation teams on lead scoring, nurturing, and attributionDeliver clear performance dashboards linking marketing activity to revenue outcomesAbout YouYou’re a highly commercial marketer who understands how to influence complex buying groups and drive tangible results.Essential experience 'skills:Degree in Commercial or Marketing discipline (e.g. BComm – Finance & Marketing)Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B healthcare marketingProven success in ABM or tactical marketing roles with demonstrable revenue impactStrong understanding of ROI, conversion metrics, and revenue attributionConfident working hand-in-hand with sales as a true revenue partnerExceptional communication skills with the ability to create compelling commercial copyHighly organised, delivery-focused, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesTech-savvy across Microsoft 365 (including Teams)Comfortable and effective working in a fully remote environmentMindset & approach:Entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented, and commercially mindedData-driven with a passion for innovation and new marketing technologies“Sleeves rolled up” attitude with a strong bias toward actionWho are AYMES?AYMES is an innovator in the Oral Nutrition Supplements sector.
