Commercial Insights Business PartnerYard Sale PizzaCompetitive salaryYard Sale Pizza are looking for a commercially minded, detail-driven Commercial Insights Business Partner to join our finance team and help steer smart, data-led decisions across the business.Reporting to our Finance Director, you’ll play a key role in transforming data into clear, actionable insights that support our growth and help our teams operate at their best. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a fast-growing hospitality brand where collaboration, curiosity and care for what we do really matters.If you’re someone who enjoys working closely with people across different teams, takes pride in delivering accurate, thoughtful analysis and thrives in a hands-on environment, this could be the perfect fit.What you’ll be doing:Lead weekly performance reporting, including sales insights and flash reporting.Act as the primary operational business partner, providing impactful analysis and identifying opportunities to optimise labour, COS, discounts and refunds.Drive the development and automation of KPI dashboards, supporting and training site teams as needed.Support financial governance through P&L reviews, variance analysis and representing finance at GM and Ops meetings.Optimise variable spend areas and oversee central prep reporting and transfers.Own key budget lines and support the annual budgeting cycle and periodic reforecasting.Work closely with the Finance Director on ad-hoc tasks, projects and analysis.What we’re looking for:Naturally curious, with a drive to understand data and business performanceA thoughtful, structured problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.A clear and confident communicator who can translate financial insights for non-finance teams.Proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.A collaborative team player who values consistency, reliability and getting things done well.You’ll need:Fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA.)1–2 years’ business partnering or management accounts experience.Multi-site experience (hospitality a bonus!)Strong Excel skills and high data literacy.Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with a hands-on, proactive mindset.What’s on offer:28 days annual leave + Christmas holsCycle to work & tech schemesWorking from home allowanceYSP merch and generous discounts for you, your family & friendsEpic staff parties and plenty of pizzaHow to apply:Please send your CV and a cover letter telling us why you’d love to join us to: lucy@
