Investment Operations AnalystPrivate Investment Office (Single Family Office)A large institutionalised family office with over 1bn in AUM is hiring an Operations and Finance Analyst for its London office. The firm manages a diversified multi asset investment platform and a direct investment strategy focused on sustainable growth.This role sits within the operations and finance team and supports the full investment lifecycle across data management, fund accounting, cash management and regulatory reporting.Responsibilities include:Maintaining accurate booking of all transactions in internal systemsManaging settlement processes and resolving issuesUpdating valuations of underlying investmentsProcessing subscriptions and redemptionsRunning daily cash and position reconciliationsReviewing statutory and management accounts prepared by external providersSupporting capital calls, distributions and cash management across portfoliosAssisting with AML and KYC checks for direct investmentsPreparing data for tax and regulatory reportingManaging documents and contributing to ad hoc operational projectsRequirements:3 to 8 years of operations or accounting experienceStrong analytical skills and excellent attention to detailSolid understanding of financial markets and instrumentsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with systems like AddeparFinance related degree from a universityWell organised and proactive with a positive problem solving approachStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a global teamFluency in English, with French as a plusThe compensation range for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 base salary + discretionary bonusPlease note, due to the volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
