Partnering with lawyers and business services teams, you will evaluate, implement and accelerate legal technology and AI solutions, with a focus on improving workflows, client delivery and operational efficiency across practice groups and offices.Key responsibilitiesAdvise lawyers, legal staff and clients on the effective use of legal technology and AILead the selection, implementation and adoption of new technology, particularly AI-enabled toolsOwn the delivery of client-facing innovation programmesCollaborate with technical teams, procurement and vendors to test and deploy solutionsAnalyse usage data to recommend enhancements and improvementsManage a pipeline of innovation and technology opportunitiesSupport change management across global, cross-functional teamsThis role will suit an experienced legal innovation or legal technology professional with a strong understanding of legal workflows and hands-on experience implementing legal tech solutions. You will bring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to bridge legal and technical teams, and the confidence to lead projects in a cross-functional, global environment At least five years’ relevant experience is expected, alongside strong hands-on knowledge of leading legal technology and AI tools, including document review, contract automation and transaction management platforms, a solid understanding of law firm workflows, and confidence using core applications such as Microsoft Office, with data analytics tools an advantage.This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-profile innovation and AI initiatives within a global law firm, helping to shape the future of legal service delivery while benefiting from strong support and development opportunities.
