Edit Group offer a wide variety of products representing many leading European brands as well as developing their own brand ranges, includingdesking, storage, seating, soft furnishings, boardroom and acoustics.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Administrator located in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for processing sales orders, managing customer accounts, coordinating with the sales team, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining sales records. Additional tasks include preparing sales reports, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.QualificationsExperience in Sales Administration, Order Processing, and Customer Account ManagementProficiency in Customer Service, Communication, and Handling InquiriesSkills in Record KeepingStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficientlyPrevious experience in the furniture or related industry is a plus
