We are seeking an experienced Studio Co-ordinator to become an integral part of our London team, supporting the smooth running of our operations and contributing to the delivery of large-scale, mixed-use projects worldwide.About the RoleAs Studio Co-ordinator, you will be the backbone of our London office, ensuring efficiency and organisation across all aspects of administration and office management. This is a permanent, full-time position based on-site, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where creativity and professionalism thrive.Key Responsibilities:Manage all incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responsesWelcome guests, clients, and consultants, maintaining a positive first impression of the studioOversee daily post distribution and outgoing mailMaintain office calendars and team whereaboutsProvide administrative and HR support to Directors and project teamsOrganise meetings and events, including room bookings, catering, logistics, and presentation materialsHandle secretarial tasks such as expense management, document editing, and filingCoordinate travel arrangements and liaise with suppliers for office needsSupervise housekeeping and ensure compliance with studio policies and standardsAssist with building operations and maintenanceSupport document control and ISO quality assurance processesChampion equity, diversity, and inclusion across all workstreamsSkills and Qualities:Legally eligible to work in the UKFluent in spoken and written EnglishHighly organised, proactive, and able to manage confidential informationStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyCalm under pressure, adaptable, and resilientProfessional, punctual, and reliableExperience and Knowledge:Previous experience in a similar administrative or office management roleDegree-level education (or equivalent)Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Acrobat)Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and PhotoshopFamiliarity with Smartsheet and ISO quality management systems is advantageousThis role offers the chance to work in a creative, fast-paced environment where your organisational skills will make a real impact.
