Our client is a well-established and growing mid-sized law firm based in North West London, currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary (Conveyancing) to join their friendly and supportive team.This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a long-standing firm and play a key role in supporting partners and contributing to the continued success of the practice.Key Responsibilities:Providing comprehensive secretarial support to partners on conveyancing mattersProducing detailed correspondence, instructions to counsel and legal documentationDrafting basic licences and legal documentsPreparing and submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applicationsCoordinating property searches and managing related documentationAssisting with security documentation and file managementMaintaining accurate and compliant case files and systemsManaging pre- and post-completion tasksLiaising professionally with clients, solicitors and lendersPreparing documentation for exchange and completionKey Skills & Experience:Previous experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing is essentialStrong proficiency in Microsoft OfficeFast and accurate typing skillsExcellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilitiesThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Secretary seeking a role within a prestigious and well-established law firm in North West London.
