Technical Delivery Architect/Senior Architectural TechnologistA reputable practice is actively seeking a highly capable Technical Delivery Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist/Technician to strengthen their healthcare delivery team. This role is centred on the detailed design, coordination, and delivery of live healthcare environments, requiring first-hand experience of:NHS Trust approval processesBusiness case gatewaysHBN / HTM complianceConstruction within fully operational clinical settingsKey responsibilitiesContribute to technical design and delivery of acute healthcare projects from Stage 3 onwardsProduce and coordinate detailed technical packages for construction issue and live site deliveryEnsuring full compliance with Health Building Notes (HBNs), Health Technical Memoranda (HTMs), Fire strategy, infection control, and statutory compliance.Coordinate multi-disciplinary consultant inputs including MEP, fire, acoustics, structuralWork directly with NHS Trust Estates & Capital Teams, contractors and supply chain alongside project Managers and Clerks of Works.Required Experience Strong experience delivering UK NHS healthcare projects at RIBA Stages 3–7Direct experience working within live hospital environments & complex decant and phasing programmesProven working knowledge of HTMs (fire, ventilation, medical gases, electrical, water safety etc.) and HBNs for acute departmentsIf you are interested, please apply by sending your CV to bradley.moran@ or call the office on 0161 200 6470 to discuss.
