Working on behalf of our client based on a site in Middlesborough. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Site ManagerKey Duties:Take full responsibility for managing site operations across RC structures and utility works.Lead, coordinate, and support a site foreman, ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery.Oversee health 'safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site.Liaise with project stakeholders, including engineers, subcontractors, and the client’s team.Step up into project management duties when required, including programme planning, reporting, and progress meetings.Drive productivity, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure works are delivered to specification, on time and within budget.What we are looking for in the successful candidate:A proven track record as a Senior Site Manager within civil engineering projects.Strong background in reinforced concrete structures and utilities packages.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.A proactive, solutions-focused approach with confidence to step into project management responsibilities.CSCS BlackSMSTSFirst AidWhat our client can offer in return:12 month projectCirca £350-£400 per day
