And we are scaling.We are now seeking a UK-based Director to join the leadership team and take responsibility for day-to-day operations and commercial growth across the UK and international markets.The RoleAs our Director (UK), you will take operational and commercial ownership across:1. Daily Operations ManagementLead the global remote back-office sales & marketing teams (currently ca. 10 people)Oversee customer operations, processes, and performance routinesEnsure smooth integration between D2C, B2B, fulfilment, marketing, and CRM systemsOperate with full accountability and a strong execution mindset2. UK Commercial GrowthGrow UK B2B retail presence (clinics, salons, aesthetic practitioners, pharmacies, online retailers)Strengthen UK and EU D2C performance through cost-effective, ROI-driven initiativesBuild UK presence strategically, including eventually hiring a small local team3. B2B Retail & Distributor ExpansionYou will operate our modern sales architecture:LinkedIn Sales Navigator Advanced Enterprise (Smart Links, team coordination, outreach execution)HubSpot CRM (Sales Pro) with structured pipelines and forecastingDevelop retailer-specific funnels for clinics, salons, pharmacies, online retailersShopify Plus Suite (for global D2C)Coordinate global distributor acquisition for priority territories4. Build & Lead a High-Performance TeamTake over an existing global remote team (lead generators, sales managers, marketing support)Bring structure, discipline, and measurable KPIsRecruit additional UK headcount when justified by results5.
