What You’ll Be DoingCreating Exceptional Workplace ExperiencesBe the welcoming, solutions-focused first point of contact for the Facilities HelpdeskLog jobs accurately, manage progress, close out actions and produce clear, bespoke reportingKeeping Buildings Safe, Compliant & Beautifully RunProactively manage the environment through daily walkarounds, inspections and risk assessmentsEnsure full compliance across H&S, insurance inspections, audits and statutory requirementsOwn day-to-day Hard FM activity and build strong relationships with maintenance partnersMonitor and support scheduled PPM activityDriving Operational ExcellenceSupport office moves, space changes, projects and wider team objectivesLead your own small projects especially around sustainability, innovation and process improvementAssist with financial admin including POs, consumables, job sign-off and contractor paymentsProvide mutual holiday/sickness cover for the Workplace & Facilities AdministratorActing as a Trusted Operational LeaderSupport in emergency response situations, including acting as a Fire WardenPlay an active role in creating an inclusive, safe, connected workplace for all colleaguesWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in a similar Workplace, Facilities or Office Operations roleStrong communicator able to build positive relationships at every levelHighly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environmentNaturally proactive you don’t wait to be told, you anticipatePassion for sustainability, employee wellbeing and inclusive workplacesSolid knowledge of commercial building H&S requirementsIOSH Managing Safely (or willingness to complete it in the first year) What You’ll GainExperience across two flagship London workplacesExposure to every part of a major property businessAutonomy to lead your own projects and trial innovationsA collaborative team that encourages ideas, ownership and growthA role where no two days look the same If you want to develop your career in workplace management inside a world-class business and you’re ready to take ownership, build relationships and drive standards we’d love to hear from you.Apply now and help shape the future workplace experience.
