Technical Account ManagerArbitral InstitutionsLondon or Edinburgh or RemoteA global legal technology business is hiring a senior Technical Account Manager to own and grow relationships with enterprise level arbitral institutions.This is a hands on technical customer facing role sitting between Product, Support, and Implementation. You will act as the trusted technical partner for high value clients, ensuring platform stability, adoption, and long term retention.What you’ll be doingActing as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customersOwning technical relationships including escalations, configuration, and platform optimisationPartnering with internal Product, Engineering, Support, and Implementation teams to resolve issues and deliver improvementsLeading post incident reviews and proactively identifying risks and opportunitiesSupporting account growth through improved usage, adoption, and technical enablementWhat we’re looking for5+ years experience in a technical customer facing SaaS roleStrong understanding of web technologies, APIs, integrations, and SaaS platformsComfortable with platform configuration and administrationConfident managing senior stakeholders and explaining technical concepts clearlyExperience acting as an escalation point and owning complex customer issuesLegal tech experience is useful but not required.
