Job Title: Project Co-ordinatorLocation: London Area, United Kingdom (Hybrid)PSD is hiring: Project Coordinator – Retail & Hospitality Fit-Outs (London HQ)PSD are partnering with a fast-growing London-based consultancy to recruit a Project Coordinator / Senior Project Coordinator to support the delivery of retail & hospitality fit-outs across the UK.This is a brilliant opportunity to get hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, work directly with senior leaders and clients, and grow quickly in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.What you’ll be doing:Supporting Project Managers to keep projects on track through pre-constructionAttending site meetings and producing detailed, accurate minutesAssisting with tender lists, drawing reviews and contractor returnsHelping with cost reports, budget trackers and programme updatesProducing clear weekly updates for clientsManaging and improving the aftercare/handover processBuilding strong relationships with clients, contractors & consultantsWhat we’re looking for:Ideally experience of supporting projects in retail, leisure or hospitality fit-outsHighly organised, proactive and solutions-drivenConfident Excel user (formulas & reporting)Understanding of H&S requirements and legislationStrong communicator with great client-facing skillsFull UK driving licenceWhat’s on offer:Competitive salary + annual bonusHybrid working (London HQ)Private medical + benefits packageGenuine career progression as the business continues to expandIf you’re ambitious, detail-focused and ready to step up in a dynamic project delivery role, PSD want to hear from you.
