Our client is currently recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor on a 3-month temporary contract. Patches available include Hertfordshire, Tower Hamlets, West London, Greenwich, Harrow, Islington (Includes EPCs).The rates for this position are £18 per flat, £25 per house & £28 per block.The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis (4-5 days per week). The ideal candidate will have experience in completing Stock Condition Surveys and have access to their own vehicle.Duties will include (but are not limited to):Carrying out stock condition surveys on social housing unitsEstablishing condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components & also assessed energy characteristics and legislative complianceUsing knowledge of RdSAP to fill out a small number of questions in each of the surveysLiaising with and engaged with residents about work carried outEnsuring the required surveys per day based on relevant targetsExperience required:Experience in Conducting Stock Condition Surveys on Social Housing UnitsSkills, knowledge and expertise required:Must hold a UK driving licenseRewards and Benefits:Manage your own DiaryHigh volume of surveys to be completedWorking hours:Monday – FridayPlease note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
