Senior Account Manager£60,000 – £70,000 base salary Fully remote (UK-based) with monthly travel to client sitesWe are supporting a high-performing consultancy in the direct-to-consumer space as they look to hire an experienced Senior Account Manager. They partner with some of the fastest-scaling D2C brands, helping them drive profitable, sustainable growth through data-led strategy and cross-functional execution.If you thrive in a commercial, high-ownership environment and enjoy leading brands to real, measurable results, this is a fantastic opportunity.The RoleYou’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of D2C clients, overseeing their growth across revenue, margin, and scale. Working with a cross-functional pod (media, CRO, CRM, analytics), you’ll set direction, prioritise clearly, and ensure every function delivers.This is a role for someone who loves solving complex growth challenges, leading clients with confidence, and orchestrating high-performance delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end growth delivery: audit, roadmap, execution, scaleManage and motivate a cross-functional pod, ensuring KPI alignmentUse data to set priorities across budgets, conversion levers, CRM strategy, and margin insightsProvide strategic leadership to clients and maintain strong, trusted relationshipsImprove processes, playbooks, and operational systemsContribute to innovation around AI, automation, and efficiencyIdeal Experience5+ years in an account managment role for an agency or consultancy experitsee in digital growth with revenue & margin responsibilityProven ability to reallocate budgets, reset KPIs, and drive contribution marginStrong analytical capability beyond media-level metricsExperience leading or collaborating across media, CRO, CRM, and analyticsHighly organised, commercially minded, and fast-movingExcellent communicator with the confidence to influence senior stakeholdersA natural mentor with a strong ownership mindsetKPIs You’ll DriveRevenue, margin, and blended growth performanceClient retention and account expansionPod delivery and internal satisfactionSpeed 'success of new-client onboardingImprovements in operational efficiency and innovation Hit apply if the role looks of interest.
