Field Sales Representative - FMCG - Northeast EnglandEstablished over 20 years ago, our client is an international market leader in the FMCG space, currently working with the likes of Tesco & Nisa. This new role is key for maintaining and expanding existing client accounts, selling in products as well as educating clients on their growing product ranges, providing visual merchandising support and driving revenue overall.Our client is looking for a hands-on, dedicated and hard-working individual; they offer a wide range of progression opportunities, not only through sales & leadership, but also expanding into wider departments across the business.This is a field-based role covering Middlesborough 'surrounding areas.ResponsibilitiesField based account management with opportunity for additional sales & growth of the accountsMeet KPIs including site visits, availability and distribution of productsBuild & maintain existing relationships with leaders across retail accountsEnsuring leaders & wider teams across the accounts are knowledgeable about the product, its placement and the importance of availability, aiming to maximise account performanceBe proactive in predicting and handling objectionsCollect pricing and distribution information, reporting to varied internal teamsIdentify and prospect commercial opportunities when neededThe Successful Candidate12+ months experience in a field sales positionExperience in the FMCG space would be a plusA valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points is essentialBased in Middlesborough or surrounding areasField Sales Representative PackageBasic salary: £35,500OTE: circa +£10,000-15,000Home set up including phone and laptopSales allowanceShares optionsCompany carPension optionsHealthcare options26 days annual leave plus bank holidays
