The infrastructure is in place, what’s needed now is a Commercial Manager to take ownership of the commercial function and drive market expansion.This is a senior, visible role with genuine influence over strategy, customer engagement, and future direction.The Role:As Commercial Manager, you will hold end-to-end responsibility for the commercial performance of the business, including:Developing and executing commercial and sales strategyDriving market expansion within the fire suppression sectorManaging and strengthening OEM and key account relationshipsProviding leadership across sales activity and performanceIdentifying new opportunities and shaping long-term growth plansThis is not a transactional sales role.
