AI Enablement Coach - Fully Remote workingAre you passionate about the power of AI & excited to help shape the next generation of professionals who will drive AI adoption & enablement in the workplace?We’re looking for an AI Coach to coach and mentor apprentices enrolled on AI Enablement Programmes, supporting & enabling them to build the digital confidence and AI capability needed to thrive in today’s workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver 1:1 and group coaching sessions across core AI and digital transformation topicsSupport learners in identifying AI opportunities and applying AI tools, concepts, and workflows in real workplace contextsCoach learners on key skills aligned to their target roles, including:AI opportunity identification & digital project supportCoordinating AI solutions within business environmentsContributing effectively to AI and digital transformation projectsTroubleshooting AI and digital toolsAnalysing and improving systems and workflowsSupporting or leading AI-related infrastructure projectsUnderstanding digital strategy and organisational changeResponding appropriately when AI or application issues ariseProvide clear, constructive feedback on learner progress and portfolio workUse industry insights to contextualise learning and bring real workplace scenarios to lifeInspire, motivate & mentor learners as they progress in their specialist AI & Digital rolesRequirements:Experienced in AI, with hands-on, real-world experience in applied AI Enablement, AI Implementation or Digital TransformationStrong Copilot, ChatGPT or Gemini experienceWorking experience with No-Code / Low-Code AI & Automation ToolsSome form of previous Coaching or Training experience ( Coach / Mentor / Trainer / Instructor / Tutor / Lecturer / Teacher )Motivated, empathetic & committed to helping junior learners to succeed in the AI & Digital industry.This is a fully remote working role, salary is £53,000 - £60,000Please get in touch for more info!
