Project Co-ordinator – Luxury Brand Full-Time ongoing temp role – January startFull remote – involves ad hoc travel to London and EuropeThis is a fantastic role to work alongside the store creative team and provide them with full operational support. They’re looking for someone with strong, organisational skills, experience in international shipping/logistics, purchase order management, vendor relationships, and budget control.Manage decorative elements for store openings and brand image projects across EMEA.Ariba Purchase order processing on a daily basis.Build and maintain supplier and freelancer relationships for timely, quality delivery.Track and manage budgets, ensuring accurate accounting and cost control.Oversee shipping schedules to ensure items arrive on time and undamaged.Address operational challenges proactively to meet deadlines and brand standards.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution.Ensure all decorative elements align with brand guidelines.If you have experience in all of the above, please apply by January 4th.
