The home is part of a premium care collection and is fully self-funded with just one vacant bed. Following a recent CQC inspection, the provider is investing in strengthening leadership and driving rapid improvement across all areas of quality and compliance.This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, experienced manager who thrives on taking ownership, energising teams, and delivering meaningful change.The RoleAs Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the leadership, compliance, and performance of the service.
