Applications will only be considered from candidates who have previous experience working as a Case Manager within the medico-legal sector Remit Compass Associates is excited to be working with a well-established and expanding business, to recruit a Clinical Manager for the Midlands region. This is a newly created role with an organisation which provides specialist case management services for adults and children who have backgrounds of traumatic and catastrophic brain and spinal injuries. Your working week will be split between holding a small clinical caseload and providing training, supervision and support to up to five Case Managers. In addition to the above, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior management team, contribute to service development, be involved in the recruitment of new Case Managers and liaise regularly with legal referrers, families and carers.LocationThis is a home-based role where youd manage your own diary and visit your clients in the Midlands. There will also be occasions where you may be required to attend meeting in Liverpool or London. The locations of clients on your caseload will be dependent on referrals, specialism required and clinical need but could be across Birmingham, Dudley, Walsall, Coventry, Tamworth, Wolverhampton, Redditch, Worcester, Nuneaton, Kidderminster and surrounding towns.
