We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated Urology Outpatients Team, supporting patients undergoing Local Anaesthetic Transperineal (LATP) biopsies and flexible cystoscopy procedures. About the Role:Youll be part of a forward-thinking multidisciplinary team committed to delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care. This role involves clinical support and patient coordination for urology diagnostic and treatment clinics, particularly LATP and flexible cystoscopy services. You will play a key role in maintaining patient dignity and comfort while assisting with minor surgical procedures and consultations. xjdpvnf Key Responsibilities:Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate individualised nursing care for patients attending urology outpatient proceduresPrepare and manage clinical environments for LATP biopsies and flexible cystoscopiesAssist urologists with procedures, including patient positioning, local anaesthetic administration, and equipment handlingDeliver patient education and aftercare adviceEnsure effective infection prevention and control measuresAccurately document care delivered and contribute to quality improvement About You:2 years minimum experience within an Outpatient settingCurrently practicing or has practised within Urology outpatients as a HCA, for a minimum of 6 months, over the last 12-month period.
