They are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and are looking for a passionate and experienced Home Manager to lead one of their homes.Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.The RoleYou will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the care home, ensuring residents receive outstanding care while leading and developing your team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will maintain regulatory compliance, drive occupancy, and create a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff alike.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading and managing all aspects of the care home, maintaining 24-hour accountabilityEnsuring the highest standards of care through direct involvement, supervision, and auditing of care plansRecruiting, training, supervising, and appraising staff to build a skilled and motivated teamManaging budgets, rotas, and resources effectivelyBuilding positive relationships with residents, families, GPs, and external healthcare professionalsMaintaining full compliance with CQC regulations, health and safety requirements, and company policiesInvestigating complaints and incidents thoroughly and implementing improvementsActively marketing the home and working to maintain high occupancy levelsRequirementsMinimum 5 years of care home experienceRegistered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with active NMC PIN or NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care LeadershipProven xjdpvnf management or supervisory experience in a care settingStrong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirementsConfident in budget management, staff development, and care planningExcellent communication and leadership skillsSatisfactory DBS check and referencesWhat We OfferCompetitive salarySupportive senior leadership teamOngoing training and professional developmentOpportunity to make a genuine impact in a well-regarded care home
