This is a high impact role driving AI, advanced analytics, BI transformation, and data governance at an enterprise scale. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of 400-500, with significant influence across pricing, claims, engineering and customer functions. The Role: Lead & Inspire: Build a a culture that is focused on delivery, excellence and pace. Oversee a 400-500 team, with 7-8 senior direct reports. Accelerate AI/ML Performance: Own the performance and evolution of the pricing and claims algorithms Grow data assets, streamline data architecture, and maximise business value from advanced analytics Transform BI & Analytics: Drive automation, simplification, and self-serve outcomes Implement metrics, drive adoption of best practice, and foster a culture of data driven decision making throughout the business How to be successful in this role?Deep technical expertise in applied data science, AI/ML or advanced analytics Experience in Insurance, FS, trading, gaming, or other algorithm intensive sectors Proven leadership of large teams and delivery of measurable commercial value.
