Your expertise will be key in maintaining the reliability and availability of high-voltage systems, critical engineering infrastructure, and building servicesfundamental to the clients business continuity and success.Your Role & Responsibilities:-As Data Centre Contract Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of one of the most mission-critical sites in the financial sector. Your key responsibilities will include:-Leadership & Team Development: Lead a talented engineering team, driving performance, delivering training, and planning for future succession. Inspire high levels of service excellence and foster a collaborative environment.Operational Excellence: Oversee 24/7 operational management of the data centre, ensuring continuous availability and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the client organization, identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings and add value.Engineering & Facilities Management: Take responsibility for all engineering, maintenance, and high-voltage systems, ensuring the critical infrastructure is maintained to the highest standards.Compliance & Safety: Ensure rigorous adherence to health and safety standards, operational protocols, and regulatory compliance within the high-security environment.Commercial & Financial Management: Oversee the contracts commercial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and driving efficiencies to ensure maximum value and profitability.What Were Looking ForThe ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in critical engineering environmentspreferably within data centre management or facilities management in mission-critical settings.
