As the business continues to expand, they’re looking to hire an Event Health & Safety Coordinator to support their operational delivery and administrative function.This is a largely desk-based, admin-focused role, ideal for an organised and detail-driven individual who enjoys structured work and is looking for a predominantly remote position. There will be occasional opportunities to attend events on site, but this role can be fully effective working remotely.The RoleThe Event Health & Safety Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring events are delivered safely and compliantly by supporting the preparation, coordination, and management of Health & Safety documentation and processes.You’ll act as a key support to the delivery team, liaising with clients, suppliers, and venues, while keeping documentation accurate, up to date, and compliant.Key ResponsibilitiesHealth & Safety & Compliance SupportCoordinate and manage event-specific Health & Safety documentationAssist with the preparation and administration of risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), safety plans, and event packsEnsure all documentation meets relevant legislation and best practice standardsMaintain clear and organised document control systemsEvent & Operational CoordinationSupport multiple events simultaneously, tracking requirements and deadlinesLiaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and venues to gather and manage safety informationAssist with pre-event planning, checklists, and schedulesSupport post-event reporting and record keepingCommunication & AdministrationAct as a point of contact for Health & Safety-related queriesChase outstanding documentation and approvalsSupport the wider team with general administrative and coordination tasksOn-Site Event Support (Occasional)Attend events on site when requiredSupport the delivery team with documentation checks and coordinationAbout You:EssentialHighly organised with excellent attention to detailComfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsConfident working remotely and independentlyCompetent with Microsoft Office / Google WorkspaceExperience in an administrative, coordination, or operations roleDesirableExperience within events, Health & Safety, construction, or a related environmentFamiliarity with RAMS or compliance documentationIOSH / NEBOSH qualification, or willingness to work towards oneInterest in live events and operational delivery
