Were looking for an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering Operations team at CFC Dordon. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, automated environment and takes pride in being proactive, solutions-focused, and always one step ahead of potential issues.Youll play a vital role in keeping our automated facility running at peak performance, working closely with Inbound, Outbound and wider support teams to maximise availability, reliability and safety across the site.This role operates on day shifts, 4 days per week, supporting our continuous operation model and offering a competitive salary and benefits package.What youll be doing:As a Maintenance Technician, you will be trusted to take ownership of the sites engineering performance by:Proactively carrying out planned and preventative maintenance across the facility in a safe, accurate and timely mannerWorking collaboratively with other departments to improve machine reliability on both existing and new equipmentIdentifying improvement opportunities and supporting engineering improvement worksMaintaining accurate records of work completed, parts used, training and maintenance activitiesMonitoring, reporting and analysing data relating to automation and maintenance performanceResponding to tote jams on conveyor systems and restoring flow efficientlyUsing computerised maintenance systems to complete jam reports and maintenance logsAbout you:Youre a proactive self-starter who doesnt wait for problems to escalate you anticipate, investigate and act.
