Overview of position: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client and Conveyancing Solicitor . Were looking for someone with good technical skills and a personal touch.The start date is March 2026 but is flexible. The position is office based in Port Talbot town centre. You will complete a 6 month probationary period and a clear DBS is required. References will be sought. Responsibilities: You will manage your own varied caseload of private client and conveyancing matters, including: All aspects of conveyancing including sale, purchase, and remortgage matters Drafting wills and trusts Handling estate administration and probate Building long-term client relationships and contributing to the firms continued growth Experience and Skills: At least 3 years PQE working as a Private Client and Conveyancing Solicitor You must be able to work independently and confidently, managing a varied caseload Excellent time management skills Good IT skills including Microsoft packages, case management systems Strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts and conveyancing matters Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach Strong client-facing skills Attention to detail.
