Acting as a Deputy to the Quality Manager, youll oversee key elements of the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing and packaging operations.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QA professional to take the next step in their career within a progressive and fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.Approve and release finished products for distribution.Perform weeklyGMPandHygieneaudits across production areas.Review and approve manufacturing documents.Support the Head of Technical, Quality & Regulatory in managing theQuality Management System (QMS).Act asaudit leadduring customer and certification audits.Undertake any additional duties necessary to maintain quality and compliance.About YouWere looking for someone who combines technical expertise with the right personal attributes to thrive in a collaborative environment.You will have:Experience in a Quality role within afactory environment(food, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals preferred).Adegree in a science-based discipline.FormalInternal AuditorandHACCP Level 2training.Experience with certification audits or major retailer (Big 4) audits is highly desirable.Youll also bring:Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.Strong communication and influencing skills.A proactive, team-focused attitude with a drive for continuous improvement.Agility and adaptability within a fast-paced environment.What Youll Get in ReturnAt Supplement Factory, we believe our success starts with our people.
