With significant investment backing and a collaborative culture, they offer an exciting platform for ambitious professionals who want to make a genuine impact on the journey to net zero.The RoleYoull take ownership of projects from early-stage development through to ready-to-build, managing all aspects including:Site identification, feasibility, and grid connection strategyPlanning and permitting processesLand and stakeholder negotiationsFinancial modelling, project appraisal, and risk managementCoordination with technical, legal, and commercial teamsYoull report directly into the UK country manager, and this role has scope to become a Development Lead / Head of Development into the future.About YouYoure an experienced renewables professional with a solid background in project development - ideally across solar PV, battery storage, or onshore wind. xjdpvnf You can balance the technical and commercial aspects of development, with the confidence to lead negotiations and manage key stakeholders.Youll likely bring:5+ years experience in renewable energy project developmentStrong knowledge of UK planning and grid connection processesProven ability to take projects from concept to consented stageExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA genuine passion for sustainability and innovation
